Nicole Hernández represents the Puerto Rico’s Finest standard, bringing a strategic, client-centered approach shaped by her academic background in Psychology from Florida International University. Her strength in listening, negotiation, and market analysis allows her to guide clients through complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Nicole specializes in beachfront, second homes, investment properties, and relocations across Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Dorado, Palmas del Mar, and Río Mar. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, her market expertise led her to be featured in three episodes of HGTV’s Caribbean Life filmed in Puerto Rico.
