Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Nicole has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the island’s market. She specializes in beachfront properties, second homes, investment properties, and relocations in the areas of Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Dorado, Palmas del Mar, and Rio Mar. Her experience and the fact that she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English led her to be showcased in 3 episodes of HGTV’s Caribbean Life filmed in Puerto Rico in 2016 and 2017.
